I had the honor of partnering with Terryl Whitlatch for approximately one year as a freelance creature sculptor, tackling a collaborative project focused on creating a 3D printed creature anatomy figure that artists could rely on for accurate reference. Despite the recent cancellation of this endeavor, we managed to generate substantial work and collaboration that I am thrilled to share with all of you today. The main goal behind this ambitious project was to develop and apply a deep understanding of a creature's anatomical structure through a combination of art and scientific observation. Working alongside Terryl, I had the opportunity to study the skeletal, muscular, and vascular systems in meticulous detail as we aimed to bring her imaginary creatures to life in a most authentic and believable manner.
