This is an uncomplicated spool holder that you can easily adjust by sliding one side, with no screws or tools needed to change the size of another spool. It utilizes standard, affordable 608 ball bearings. If there's demand, I can create solid wheels for use without ball bearings. An optional wall mount is included, as well as an optional filament guide with a 608 ball bearing if you have a steep angle from the spool to the printer. Here is a description of the included parts and files, along with pictures of how I assembled them using Cura. SPH_Base: 1 pc (Required) - No special settings needed. SPH_Bolt_filament_guide: 1 pc (Required only if spool guide is used) - A brim was used to achieve better surface area due to the height. SPH_M4_Skrew: 4 pcs or more (Optional) - 100% infill. Be very careful when tightening the screws, as their job is simply to prevent the base from sliding on the wall mount. They do not need to be extremely tight. You can use regular metal M4 screws if desired. SPH_M8_6x13mm: 3 pcs (Required) - No special settings needed. (2 pcs if you don't need the filament guide) SPH_M8_10x20mm: 2 pcs (Required) - No special settings needed. SPH_Main_Bolts: 2 pcs (Required) - A brim was used to achieve better surface area due to the height. Use 40% or more infill, and/or thicker walls. SPH_Spool_Guide: 1 pc (Required only if spool guide is used) - A brim was used to achieve better surface area due to the height. 10% infill in general settings, with a support blocker to achieve 100% infill at the base for self-correction of the guide. No supports needed. SPH_Spool_Guide_Mount: 1 pc (Required only if spool guide is used) - A brim was used to achieve better surface area due to the height. SPH_Spool_Size_Adjuster: 1 pc (Required) - No special settings needed. The thin side should be towards the outer wall. SPH_Wallmount: 1 pc (Optional, for wall mounting) - No special settings needed. SPH_Wheel: 4 pcs (Required) - 20% infill. A vice was used to press the wheel onto the 608 ball bearing, with one side having angled edges for easier fitting of the ball bearing.
