-- EN version -- Wall-mounted spool holder designed to fit in an Ikea 365 airtight box. It can support most of 1kg filament spools, whether they're made of plastic or cardboard. This spool holder is designed to be easy to print and affordable. It can only be used in a vertical orientation, but it doesn't necessarily need to be installed in a box. It is necessary to add : 6 wood or metal screws (diameter 4mm or smaller) to attach the holder to the wall 3 screws (diameter 4mm or smaller, length 25 to 40mm) and 3 nuts for the support rods (part C) 4 ball bearings 8x16x5 (inner diameter 8mm, outer diameter 16mm, thickness 5mm) (example) 1 Ikea 365 10.6L airtight box (32x21x23cm) (here) 4 little screw for the two removable spool holders (part B) Printing : Printing should be done with a strong material such as PETG The three parts of the support (part A1, A2, A3) can be printed in flat position. Their length may cause wrapping, so adding a brim to limit this effect is recommended. Supports should be added to all parts. A minimum recommended infill of 30%/40% is recommended. Two removable spool holders (part B) should be printed vertically, ideally in 8 wall thicknesses. Supports should be added. A 20% infill is sufficient. Two support rods (part C) should be printed flat, with 100% infill Installation : Assemble the three parts of the fixed support and attach the whole assembly to the lid and the wall. If necessary, add silicone to seal the connection and make it easier to open/close the box, as well as washers on the screws between the lid and the wall to make the base more stable. Add the two support rods, being careful to make sure that the screw heads do not protrude from the support, as this will touch the wall of the box (Photo A). Pre-drill and screw a screw on each side of the removable spool holder (there is a high risk of breakage if this step is not followed) (Photo B). Leur grande longueur peut être source de wrapping, il faut donc ajouter une bordure pour limiter cet effet. Ajouter des supports à toutes les pièces. Remplissage 30%/40% minimum recommandé Imprimer deux support de bobine amovible (part B), verticalement, idéalement en en 8 traits d'épaisseur en paroie. Ajouter des supports. Remplissage 20% suffisant. Imprimer 2 tiges de maintient (part C) à plat, remplissage 100%. Installation : Assembler les trois parties du support fixe, et fixer l'ensemble au couvercle et au mur. Ajouter éventuellement du silicone pour étanchéifier la liaison et rendre plus simple l'ouverture/fermeture de la boite, ainsi que des rondelles sur les vis entre le couvercle et le mur pour rendre l'assise plus stable. Ajouter les 2 tiges de maintient, attention à faire en sorte que les têtes de vis ne dépassent pas du support sinon cela touchera la paroi de la boite (Photo A).
