The drawbridge tower
prusaprinters
Here's my dice tower...I've put a lot of thought into what a dice tower should be like and tried to create a design that meets these five requirements:It should look like a tower with a drawbridge. It should provide enough space for rolling dice.It should be light and easy to print. It should be sturdy and portable enough to fit in a backpack. It should have space to store at least one full set of dice inside. The result is a tower with a traditional look, consisting of three pieces: the tower itself, an internal insert where the dice roll, and a drawbridge that attaches to the tower with a snap fit and "collects" the dice as they come out of the tower.Drawbridge and dice holder:The internal insert has a cavity to hold several dice so you can avoid carrying around another bag.The drawbridge is hinged so it can be placed vertically and take up less space. How to assemble: How to print:You can print it all in one go with a 0.4 nozzle. With my printer, it takes about 5 hours and 30 minutes, and the total weight is approximately 170 grams.
