The 3D model of Dragon Street Clock Tower is crafted using 3ds Max 2018 (compatible with 2015), and rendered via V-Ray 3.60.03. The model is compatible across several formats, including FBX, OBJ, 3DS, DAE, Udatasmith for Unreal Engine 4, and DUF Scene Asset for Daz3D. Notably, the clock functionality works in real-time with UE4 projects. It's also a fully functional working clock that can be moved or rotated by manipulating the root dummy object (ClockMainDummy_001).
