One day I was complaining to my better half about the state of my filaments; Even if they were nicely sealed inside plastic bags (most of them anyway), they were still “loitering” around my office/makerspace/mancave/sanctuary/"Prison of farts" (don't know if it deserved this one, but not my call).It resulted in a hard time keeping the floors tidy. The better half suggested finding a used shelf, but that took to long / the items was so far away (the “Dørstokkmil” was strong that day).After a smooth gin and some research online, I bought an Omar shelf from IKEA. The thing seemed straight forward enough; easy to assemble to the right height, easy to tear down if I had to, and plenty of space for filament. Fast forward: The shelf is collected, put together and filament is about to fly into the shelves. But my oh my, the filament I had in ziplock bags was malplaced on the shelves. and kept falling over!Raced to Printables, found ItsJustMidnight's Dowelinator, printed it but found that the dowels (two of the house broom handles) just sat there and slid about when withdrawing a filament spool.Hence I had two jobs; Remix an already good model, and buy new broom handles (I was almost KIA when she found out I borrowed them). Thusly I present - For you to enjoy;The endstop, type 1 & 2.The middlestop. The slimstop (Dowelinator with a firm grip). No supportsThe layer height of your choice (I am not your “papa")Colour that pleases youType of filament you likeRegarding one of the pictures; I ran out of filament on the Endstop type 2, and just grabbed the nearest spool with a leftover amount on it.
