Tarre Vizsla's Darksaber is an ancient and one-of-a-kind lightsaber, serving as a powerful symbol for the Mandalorians. Designing this hilt focused more on its overall form rather than dissecting it to minimize assembly complexity with numerous part lines. I personally printed the Emitter Guard using Cura-generated support, though your printer's gap-handling abilities may render that unnecessary.
