The "Crushinator" GT2 (or other) parameterized belt clamp for Ord Hadron
thingiverse
This beefy clamp is a sturdy solution for your wimpy hadron belt clamps. It's designed to handle tight variances and heavy use, like running at 200mm/sec with fans, all eccentric spacers at full tension, lots of tension on the belts, etc. Version 2 includes wings for centering belts on teeth. It's customizable to fit any hole pattern (default: 12 teeth per side with wide distance between mounting holes for stability). The tooth-pitch can also be adjusted for different belts. You'll need 2 m3x16 bolts, 3 m3 nuts, and a m3x25 or m3x30 bolt. Print the part and drill out before mounting and enjoying. The countersink and nut traps are designed to print without support material. Orientation ensures high-quality edges on teeth.
