This thing includes all components required for the scenario "The Colonies" in Settlers of Catan, both for the original game and its Seafarers expansion. Both games are essential to play this scenario. To review the rules, visit page 123 at https://kelvsyc.files.wordpress.com/2012/08/r13.pdf or check the PDF files under the thing's files section. The following pieces need to be printed: Tiles (Landscapes): 3 sea landscapes, 3 jungle landscapes, 2 volcano landscapes, and 1 gold landscape Colonie-Tokens: - 24 discovery tokens with a palm symbol - 22 gold tokens with a crown symbol - 22 ore tokens with a mountain symbol - 24 gem tokens with a gem symbol Exploration Camps (Bases): 20 bases, 5 per player War Fleets (Flotilla): 4 fleets, one for each player Pirate Ship: 1 ship Number Tokens: A set of 6 number tokens featuring the numbers 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, and 10. These tokens are placed on landscapes displaying matching numbers. Ships: 12 ships, 3 per player Dice: 1 dice for determining landscape types when discovering new territories. Similar to other expansions and scenarios, slight adjustments were made due to the 3D design of the tiles: - Bases are now placed at the sides of newly discovered landscapes instead of on the tiles themselves. They should be positioned near the tile you discovered if possible. - Colonie-Tokens can be stacked under settlements up to a maximum of three tokens each. For transportation, stack them under your ships and move everything together. When discovering new landscapes, roll the colonie-dice to determine the type of landscape found. The symbols on the dice indicate: sheep (wool), crown (gold river), waves (sea), volcano (volcano), mountain (mountain), and dead fish (desert). If the die shows a landscape not available anymore, roll it again until an available one is displayed.
