When the payment failed to materialize and tensions escalated, a loud bang echoed from a back room, and a massive clay golem burst through the wall, annihilating his two associates. Just as the golem was about to strike Halden, the god of clay intervened, temporarily solidifying the creature before causing it to explode like an overcooked vase, rendering it harmless as a tool. At that moment, Brother Halden became aware of the gods' existence and their power, no longer seeing them as mere myths. His fascination with the divine led him to embark on a quest for knowledge, resulting in an unshakeable faith in the gods.
