This straightforward card holder (sleeve compatible) and token holder for Tom Lehmann's and Eagle Gryphon Games' "The City" game is designed with simplicity in mind. The dividers and filler objects are entirely optional but the filler object is highly recommended as it helps keep tokens organized within the holder. I printed four dividers, feel free to print as many or as few as you think you'll need. I probably should have hollowed out the underside of the filler plate; if you're inclined to make that modification, please go ahead and do so.
