I re-created this 3D model from scratch, initially modeling it in SketchUp 8 before converting it to a wide range of formats. Its native file format is .skp, while its 3ds Max scene is compatible with the 2016 version of the software and was rendered using Vray 3.00 for stunning visuals. A team of skilled craftsmen and I painstakingly recreated every detail based on old photographs to ensure accuracy. In fact, we were able to incorporate a previously demolished half, thanks to extensive research and new imagery obtained. The piece features a charming building, including the famous golden lion statue from the original Langestraat Costume Museum at its old location near the iconic Noordhorners pub, affectionately known as Hunter's. My personal touch was applied throughout the project to give it an authentic feel based on real-life photos and other available resources both old and new.
