In 2013, Gensler Shanghai office crafted a chicken foot trophy using Autodesk's 123D Catch app on an iPad. The app generated a 3D mesh of the actual foot, which was then refined on a desktop before being sent to MakerWare via Autodesk's 3D Print Utility. A podium design from Sketchup was integrated into the model, and the final print setup was completed in MakerWare.
