The Chainsaw starter clutch to add an electric start

It is start of my work to make a cheap chainsaw start easier. Change manual starter (human muscle, spring and rope based) to electric or work parallel. Now its only proof of concept to check a power needed to start this gas engine. The small 18V electric drill (400 RPM no load) has no enough power to easy direct rotate engine - some gear or belt transmission is needed to reduce drill RPM by 5 or more. Work in progress I hope. The idea is to use LiPo accu (3 or 4 cells, 2Ah) from racing drone/car and cheap electric 12V DC motor 550. Some projects use small brushless motor as alternator to charge starter battery. Now is only one element to work with original starter ratchets on flywheel/fan on main axis. Starter axis is based on M6x50 (or longer) screw and needs to drill original starter enclosure 6mm diameter hole (in place small screw hole). I use old enlosure from broken starter (broken spring). Printed with PLA 100% infill and 4 or 5 perimeters. It is designed to suit to cheap chainsaw with 45cm3 engine (labeled TT-CS4500, NAC SPS01-45 YD45 YD52, or similar from hardware store Castorama?practicer/Leroy Marlin: STEEL / HARDER / PERFORMANCE POWER / SKAN - see photo). Notice: on photo red wrtiting 1:25 refers to oil to gasoline proportion, no gear reduction ;-)
