The carriage of the extruder
thingiverse
I was thoroughly dissatisfied with the installation of the extruder ANETA 8. Several issues arose from my previous model, and I encountered a few major concerns:\r\n\r\nThe availability of the extruder motor was woefully inadequate (making it extremely difficult to remove the cooling plate fan).\r\nIt was nearly impossible to monitor the nozzle while printing due to the cluttered design featuring an excessive number of components attached to the "printhead".\r\nHigh-speed printing resulted in significantly inaccurate results, largely attributed to the heavy burden imposed by the extruder's engine on the print head.\r\n\r\nKey features of this mount include:\r\n\r\nA slim, lightweight, and modular design that offers unparalleled flexibility.\r\nAn unobstructed view of the nozzle is maintained, with as few obstacles in front of it as possible (the cooling fan has been relocated to the left side, while the leveling sensor is positioned at the rear).\r\nThis mount comes equipped with multiple zipper slots for efficient cable management.\r\nThe cooling fan remains at a nearly identical distance from the nozzle, providing a seamless transition and preserving your existing cooling channel.\r\nThis mount boasts full compatibility with the x-axis cable chain.
