Researchers unveil a model based on data gathered during a single 10-minute RPA flight over the Cairns Broch Excavations in South Ronaldsay, Orkney, as part of the 2019 season's final stages. Further refinement of the model is planned to optimize its accuracy. Since 2006, the excavation has been ongoing under the direction of Martin Carruthers, a lecturer at the University of the Highlands and Islands in Kirkwall.
