I am both the household chef and dishwasher, which is why I designed the butter cutter - to save myself the hassle of washing an extra butter knife every time I cook something. As it turns out, this handy tool works just as well for block cheese as it does for butter. What's more, the butter cutter also comes with a belt clip, making it easy to take along on parties or dates and show off your discerning taste in kitchen gadgets. It fits standard-sized butter sticks perfectly (1.25" x 1.25" x 4.75").
