Choose one of these four Bullet Mullet variants and print them at 60-70% infill. There's space in the BB-cavity versions for ball bearings - drop a few into the vertical one as it prints, or mirror the halves to complete the other half. Using #2 treble hooks is ideal at this scale, but feel free to scale up if you prefer. Post your make if you're able.
