The Brass Grabber
thingiverse
This is my original design, crafted in 2012 to assist with reloading; the concept revolves around slipping five pieces of brass into the holes and then squeezing them firmly in place; at that juncture, you'll have a solid grip on five pieces of brass simultaneously, enabling you to utilize your case prep center efficiently. When processing individual cases (particularly large quantities), hand cramping often occurs - this device is designed to alleviate such discomfort. Print two units for the top and bottom components, along with one middle section; assemble the top/bottom pieces using the middle unit as a central anchor point. Secure the structure together utilizing two button-head M3x8 screws. In due course, I intend to revisit the design and rectify the spring orientation (although it currently functions adequately) in addition to incorporating recesses for flat-head M3 screws and nuts.
