I really liked the MTG deck box posted by ClassyGoat, so I wrapped my own dice tower in the 'skin' of it, leaving holes to put dice in and get them out. It prints in two parts, the bottom which includes the actual tower part, the impression of the pages and spine and the top which is the book cover, I added suitable wording to the cover.
