Tara, also known as Bodhisattva Tara or Ārya Tārā in Tibetan Buddhism, is a female Bodhisattva who shines as a powerful Buddha in Vajrayana Buddhism. She is renowned as the "mother of liberation," and embodies the virtues of success in work and achievements. Tara is a tantric meditation deity whose practice empowers practitioners of the Tibetan branch of Vajrayana Buddhism to cultivate inner qualities and grasp profound teachings about compassion and emptiness. Tara represents a set of Buddhas or bodhisattvas with similar aspects, which can be understood as different facets of the same quality. As bodhisattvas are often metaphors for Buddhist virtues, these deities embody various aspects of enlightenment. This object is part of "Scan The World."
