<h3>The Big Powerful Owl</h3><p>Located in the heart of Belconnen, a Suburb of Canberra in the ACT, Australia lies a sculpture of a big p..p..pen…p.. Powerful Owl.&nbsp;</p><p>The Big Powerful Owl stands eight metres tall and was designed by Bruce Armstrong. The examples in the photos were scaled up to 200% to give you an idea.&nbsp;</p><p>The owl should fit nicely into the base, feel free to add a little bit of glue to make it really secure.</p>
