To get the best results from my Replicator2, I print directly onto the acrylic bed; however, removing prints with large surface areas can be challenging. After experimenting, I discovered an effective removal method using two tools. The first is a paint scraper that holds razor blades, typically used for window painting removal. The second tool, sold as a food chopper at Wal-Mart, features a flat stainless steel handle with a beveled blade. Start by gently scraping around the print's edges with the razor blade and then use the chopper to lift the loosened edge. This technique has proven successful without damaging any prints! Enjoy trying it out!
