The Best Fillament Holder
myminifactory
I'm an engineering student, and this is my first attempt to model an assembly in Fusion 360. As for the print itself, I don't own a 3D printer yet, so I couldn't verify whether everything works together properly. I recommend printing with cubic infill since it's best suited for handling indirect forces. The press plate should be printed with high infill percentage. Nothing requires supports. For assembly: First, press the holder body into the wood, making sure the sticking part is in front. Next, place the press plate between the threaded hole and the wood. Then, screw the threaded shaft through the threaded hole, securing it with the Screwing wheel, and verify that it's pressing on the wood with sufficient force. After that, insert the spool shaft through the 15 mm hole and attach the Press fit wheels to both ends. Finally, happy printing! You'll find a single STL file with all components oriented for the Prusa MK3 along with a Fusion file so you can adjust it if desired.
With this file you will be able to print The Best Fillament Holder with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on The Best Fillament Holder.
