I needed a reliable method to anchor a piece of plywood securely while utilizing 3030 extrusion. M5 holes spaced at 12 mm proved to be an effective solution for my needs, as they provided sufficient holding power without compromising the integrity of the plywood. In contrast, M5 holes drilled at 10 mm were found to be too short and insufficient for a secure hold.
