Here are 6 Beatles-themed coasters with a coaster holder. Instructions: Cut these files on a laser cutter. The coasters consist of a layer of cork attached to the top of 2mm MDF. You can buy this type of cheap cork at IKEA (ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/40281654). The designs etched into the coasters are created using laser engraver software, which converts contour shapes into line patterns. I set my laser engraver to 500 lines per inch. The coaster holder is designed for gluing together with 3mm MDF.
