My child requested BatStaches for his friends, and we have a RepRap printer but lack a laser cutter. We fine-tuned the scale using trial and error due to my limited Inkscape skills. Ultimately, we created a suitable STL file that fits an adult-sized nose well, measuring approximately 65mm wide and 2.6mm thick. The STL file is essential, while the DXF file is Inkscape's output, which is about 1mm wide. The SCAD file will load, extrude, and scale the design, allowing you to modify the X/Y/Z dimensions by adjusting scales within the file. Simply print, wear, and enjoy the silliness!
