I've simply joined the 3 pieces from Lewj's original design so they can be printed as one piece. The total height, assuming the print is oriented barrel down, is 185.75mm which fits within common 200mm build dimensions. The 3 pieces being joined straight off the printer will reduce the amount of filling and sanding if you're looking to get a clean finish on your model.
