The Argo, A Raspberry Pi Zero Series Case
thingiverse
The Argo Case is a simpler design for an enclosed case so I could overkill the cooling for a raspberry pi zero 2 w, I made it so there would be a fan that is mountable to the ceiling of the case over the cpu as well as its heatsink and other components around it. The fan type I use is the standard 5v 30mm fan that is most common for raspberry pi's. So as long as you have a soldering machine you should be set. I originally made it so it could fit a 1 inch screen where the singular slot is, but that is very niche for my design, so I removed it from this model, thus replacing it with the slot. The enclosure is completed by utilizing the included case cover which works as a smooth sliding door that can be removed from the model. My original model for the cover was a tight fit, which I figured would annoy others, so I slimmed it a bit. I debated on making a slight grip for an easier sliding function, but decided it was unnecessary. It is a firm fit once the Raspberry Pi is popped in, so be forewarned. I made it this way so screws would be optional, but still recommended. If you want to extract the Raspberry Pi, push slightly on the interior wall and pull the raspberry pi up at an angle.
