The Angry Chicken

Need a grumpy little mecha to jump on a bigger one’s head? The Angry Chicken is ready! There are two staning poses and one jumping with jet trail included. For use with 30mm hex bases, I recommend printing the model at 35mm high in the standing pose, which will put the edges of the feet at the edge of the hex base. Both unsupported stl and supported chitubox files that I have used myself are included. When removing supports on small (e.g. 35mm) prints of these models, it is safest to use needlenose snips to trim the supports away from three places: the tubes on the sides of the arms, the head spikes, and the jet flaps. The others should break away more easily (but still do it slowly). File details: angry_chicken_35mm_supported.chitubox – supported miniatures in 2 slightly different poses at a suitable scale for 30mm hex bases (printing smaller can be too fragile) angry_chicken_hollowed_all_parts.chitubox – supported separated limbs and body of one of the standing poses. There is moderate hollowing on the body and arms to save resin on a larger model while still maintaining a sturdy feel to the final print. angry_chicken_jumping_supported.stl – supported stl of jumping model intended to print with the base being about 30mm across (stl should be 55.19mm top to bottom). The model is all one piece. Individual stl files (jumping, no_pose, and pose1) – solid, single piece models with no supports. This model is not for commercial use.
