This 3D model originated with Sketchup 13, where it was initially crafted, before being effortlessly converted into a wide range of other formats. The native file type remains .skp, while the corresponding 3ds Max scene is meticulously maintained within version 2016, expertly rendered utilizing Vray 3.00 A. A curious couple embarked on an unexpected treasure hunt online through E-Bay and landed an old fortress that others might have missed due to high demand - a happy accident that paid off. Once in possession of their new acquisition, they found it to be more or less roofless except for scattered remnants of trusses and Stressskin panels cleverly taking the place of a roof. Reclaimed beams served as makeshift support pillars for floors. Drawing inspiration from the grandeur of Barcaldine Castle in Argyll (an intriguing location to which this structure bore some resemblance), they embarked on restoring it, leaving only the thick exterior walls untouched at four feet thickness and cleverly adding closets and recessed niches throughout. Fresh windows and doors allowed more natural light in. Their fortunate finds continued when an old cast iron sink perfectly fitted into one of their newly carved out window recesses - an element they felt should remain intact from its past life. Preserving the spiral stairs they had originally inherited with their purchase, yet deciding to introduce a set of brand new flight steps directly within existing walls added much character. By activating layer 0 while keeping other layers dormant will reveal impressive exterior wall depth when paired with Hidden layer view then returning it all to its initial glory once Hidden is toggled off. Scenes have been supplied as the foundation point, encouraging enthusiasts and newcomers alike - best of luck with this captivating creation project; regards from Bob.
