thingiverse
I've finally completed and tested my fully printable pushbutton designed specifically for low voltage/current use only, and it's ready to go. All you need is some PLA filament and copper wire to bring this project to life. The best part? It fits snugly into every 22mm drill hole. Before we get started, make sure to print the following essential parts: Four spring rings One pushbutton_top.stl file One pushbutton_bottom.stl file Now that you have your printed parts, it's time to get creative. Wire and drill the cables exactly as shown in the pictures. For a fully functional spring mechanism, take each spring washer and rotate it 90 degrees – this will ensure everything clicks into place seamlessly. To hold all the parts together securely, use a 3mm screw. If needed, heat up the screw slightly to make installation a breeze.
