!!! Currently under revision (...UNFINISHED for an extended period...). Material might be inaccurate and incomplete. This document will be gradually expanded to include additional information. If interested, please check back frequently. • This is "CPv7-BEMF" - Basic Electronic Module Feed, a project created with Ultimaker technology. It serves as a strong material feeder designed for precise and reliable filament flow during the 3D printing process. Please note that it is not a standalone printer, but rather an accessory meant to be used in conjunction with your existing printer setup. • CPv7-BEMF requires the use of specific print settings to function correctly: • Printer Brand: Ultimaker • Printer: Ultimaker 2 (specific adjustments may apply for other printers) • Rafts: No raft should be applied for printing this module. • Supports: There are no supports required during the printing process. • Resolution: Use a layer resolution of 0.1mm to achieve the best results. • Infill Percentage: Print the components with at least an infill percentage of 35% or higher. Printing with too low of an infill can lead to instability in small structures, potentially causing failures during printing. • Temperatures: Optimize temperatures within a reasonable range between 205 degrees Celsius for ABS and up to 235 degrees for PETG to ensure reliable layer adhesion and minimal shrinkage. • It's highly recommended to use InnoFill or similar filaments, as well as specific temperatures such as those specified above. Always keep your print bed clean to achieve accurate first layers. • Material settings: The best material setting can significantly vary depending on the specific type of filament used and even temperature range. It is advisable not to use materials below 215°C unless there are exceptional reasons, as it could affect performance negatively. PLA Filament Setting: To ensure reliability with ABS, the Ultimaker should run at minimum speed with good bed adhesion.
