That Lazy Machinist V Block!

One of the things I've been wanting to do for a while now is to share the connection between classical machining and 3D printing, as they're essentially the same thing. CNC or classical machining is subtractive, while 3D printing is additive, yet the work-flows remain the same from CAD (Computer Aided Design) through CAM (Computer Aided Manufacture) and ultimately production. That's when I stumbled upon That Lazy Machinist online (see more here: http://www.thatlazymachinist.com/), who made a series of blueprints available for download (see more here: http://diy3dtech.com/thatlazymachinistblueprints). So, I decided to convert them into 3D prints to demonstrate the interrelations between these disciplines. For my second project, I chose the V-Block. I used Fusion 360 to design this block assembly and printed PLA (see more here: https://amzn.to/2SXcIzU), but I would recommend PETG (see more here: https://amzn.to/2VRKxo1) for increased durability. I also utilized nylon thumb bolts (see below for list) to secure the two parts together.
