Thargoid Cyclops / Basilisk Interceptor - Elite Dangerous

3D model of a thargoid interceptor of cyclops/basilisk variant (the geometry of the two is basically the same, they mostly vary in color in-game). Model taken directly from the game. **All assets are property of Frontier Developments!!** I did make sure all the geometry is connected, and removed 2 bits on each of the front petals that would be near-impossible to print. The model has some holes, but it seems Cura handles those alright, you should be able to just ignore the warning about model errors! If you know how to fix these properly, feel more than welcome to! I tried printing it in one piece surrounded in tree supports, it seems it would have worked out but unluckily my printer happened to clog up halfway thru :/ I printed the split version with no issues (with tree supports), although the pin idea for aligning the pieces didn't work out because my support settings aren't quite perfect and made a lil bit of a mess around the hole on the bigger piece Be careful not to break off the petals when removing the supports on the bigger piece! Feel free to optimize it for printing better and post a remix, the .blend file is included :) o7 CMDRs
