Just got a brand new filament silk PLA gold, and I'm looking for something super cool to print out! Thanos over on Reddit did some awesome mods, and I thought I'd share them here. I used Cura set to 0.1 mm for the first time, and I also tried tree support - check out the pic where it looks like it cracked! To be honest, I wasn't super stoked about it, so I made some additional mods and ran another print at 0.1 mm. That one turned out way better! I also cranked up the temperature to 220C with a hot bed of 65C. This model is specifically sized for a 10mm x 4mm magnet, and it's set to 10.2 mm - that's perfect for anyone who struggles with holes. Big shoutout to the original creator of this design - I'm not sure who they are, but it looks like there have been some copies floating around. If you know who made it, let me know so I can give them proper credit!
