I'm extremely excited about Infinity War, so I've decided to build Thanos' Helmet from the movie. Although he only wears it for approximately 15 minutes. The helmet is designed to fit a head that measures 24 inches in circumference but hasn't been printed out yet. Check the attached PDF file for dimensions - they're listed in millimeters.
