ThankYou

This project was inspired by a visit to Lowes where I discovered the FrogLeggs 8-Lumen LED Freestanding Battery Flashlight. The idea struck me instantly: to create a unique design using Tinkercad, an online 3D modeling tool. As a beginner with Tinkercad, I designed this project from scratch, splitting the voronoi sphere from its base for better functionality. For the sphere, I chose t-glase material from taulman3d.com due to its impressive strength and durability. Surprisingly, I was able to print it without any support or brim. The "Thank You" base, however, required a different approach. Printed with HIPS filament, it necessitated the use of minimal supports for the intricate details, particularly around the letter "T". Despite some initial setbacks, such as mis-steps and difficulties in clearing up supports, I persevered to achieve a successful print. To simplify the process, I opted for a low-infill setting of 10% and enabled supports only for the base. This allowed me to focus on perfecting the design without encountering excessive complexity or support material issues during printing.
