ThankYou

This is designed around http://www.lowes.com/pd_569190-78036-FL038_0__?productId=50210191 for a simple reason. When I wandered around Lowes, I saw the flashlight and that sparked the idea . I experimented with Tinkercad online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/99iSkbeNNVj. Originally, it was designed as a single piece solution, but I split the Voronoi sphere from the base. I used taulman3d.com/t-glase-features.html (t-glase) for the sphere - this material is strong and print the sphere without support or brim was achievable. The "Thank you" base was printed with HIPS. Print Settings: LulzBot Mini No Rafts Yes Supports 10% Infill The print at least for me as a Novice was hard. A few mis-steps took place before getting the first right print, such as https://plus.google.com/+NishanthMenon/posts/G1v5QAwrZq9. I just used minimal brim and no support for the sphere because it is hard to clear up (at least for me). Since HIPS was used, I used support only for the base, mainly for the "T" in Thank you.
