My family devoured every last Leaf Cookie from my previous cookie cutter collection, so I decided to create this Thanksgiving Cookie Cutter Set for the upcoming holiday. It features Chestnuts, Cornucopia, Oak Leaves, Pumpkin, and Turkey designs. I'm still torn between making Sugar Cookies, Gingerbread Cookies, or Peanut Butter Cookies. Perhaps I'll make all three flavors. In the end, I chose to make these cookies with Gingerbread dough! You will also find my standard "Sugar Cookie Dough" recipe included with this file. Due to numerous requests, I've added the "Gingerbread Cookie Dough" recipe that I personally use.
