It is common for different nations to establish maritime forts on islands under their domain in which to resupply or moor their ships during longer invasion voyages. Sea forts are usually built walling off the perimeter of islets where natural defences like cliffs aren’t present. Generally these small islands tend to have natural bays in which to build a safe fortified base with ship docks and temporal hosting facilities for their crew. In other cases, these transit moorings are built through amazing engineering works that are strongly fortified for their defence since most of them are built in very strategic points along the most important routes and connections to other city states and colonies. Designed by Dankai Miniatures, this set is optimised for UV resin printing and is supplied fully supported at 1/300 scale. The Sea Fort (Bastion) set includes all the parts to build one advanced bastion on a "Small-size" island.
