TH8RS Sequential Shifter mod

I made a mod that takes the TH8RS shifter sequantial mode to an entirely new level.\r\n\r\nFor more details, check out this video: https://youtu.be/ftoNNL1reJ8\r\n\r\nAfter using my mod extensively, I discovered a major design flaw - the friction between the shifter shaft and spring ball screws causes occasional locking of the shifter and scratches on the shaft. To solve this issue, I reversed the design: springs are now positioned at the top, while ball screws rest directly over the base plate.
