## PRINT AT YOUR OWN RISK This model has been completely rebuilt from the ground up using more solid CAM practices, ensuring a high-quality finished product. I am currently out of town and unable to verify the specs of this model, but I have made every effort to ensure its accuracy. Trying to put together something to hold the new Biqu TFT35 V3.0 is an ongoing process, with many details still being worked out. This project is a work in progress, with one major detail still unresolved: determining the optimal screw size to use for assembly. The posts and holes are designed specifically for M3 x 5 bolts, providing a secure connection for the board. Supports may be needed for the SD card and USB cutouts, which have been oversized to accommodate thumb drive bodies more easily. Future Plans: - I will be working to add a method of connecting to the 49x40 extrusion, a feature that is currently missing from this model. - A new version of this model has already been created, with many improvements over the original: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3827189 Next Steps: - I will focus on covering the PCB to protect it from damage. ## Revisions: **09-07-19** * This entire project was rebuilt from scratch using more solid CAM practices. * The posts have been beefed up to prevent splitting when inserting screws. * The USB cutout has been oversized to accommodate thumb drive bodies more easily. **8-22-19:** * A new file with a cable cutout has been added, allowing the case to sit flat on a tabletop. * The post length has been adjusted to make the screen more flush with the top of the case. Cutouts for USB and SD Card have also been included (1420 EST). **8-23-19** * The file for the case without the cable cutout is no longer needed, as it is no longer being worked on. * The entire case has been adjusted to sit properly. * Post lengths and screw hole depth have been re-adjusted. **8-24-19:** * One final adjustment was made to allow room for a buzzer, and post length was adjusted accordingly. * Screw hole size has been fixed, with the new size being M3 x 3 (threads will need to be cut in first time inserting). This project would not have been possible without the hard work of [SwissDeadCow](https://www.thingiverse.com/SwissDeadCow), who modeled the [Biqu TFT35 V3.0](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3818344).
