The USB connector on the TFT E3 is rather delicate, and if you happen to bump your USB stick while it's inserted - as I did - it may come loose or even break off entirely. To address this issue, I've designed a solution that secures the USB in place when reattachment isn't feasible. As for why the Thingiviw won't generate, that remains unclear. CAUTION: The tolerances on this design are extremely tight. Exercise extreme caution when handling it. I've since updated the model to have slightly looser tolerances around the edges of the USB and SD slot, but thorough testing is still pending. If needed, simply clip or sand down the corners to ensure a secure fit.
