TF2 Your Eternal Reward

This is a model of the Your Eternal Reward weapon from Team Fortress 2. I like TF2, and my creations will mostly be for cosplay or display. In the game, this weapon doesn't allow disguising as a spy, but with a successful backstab, no noise occurs; the killed player disappears, and you instantly disguise as them. Print Settings: Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: At least medium Infill: For added strength, yes Notes: To replicate the model's corner-to-corner pattern like the Connivers' Kunai, create a blade larger than usual. The handle must be big enough for your hand; make it as large as possible. Post-Printing: I ordered a printed copy of this model through my teacher's 3D printer. They own one and introduced me to modeling with their device. I think most printers have cost calculators, so I gave the teacher the money calculated and received the print on October 23rd, 2015. Here is an image of the finished product. At printing time, the two parts at where the handle meets the blade detached (although one was probably my fault) as well as the entire handle. Glue residue causes tiny lights in the photo. A change led to a hollow hole appearing at the top of the handle. Custom Section: Tip of Blade: The model's blade tip is very thin if viewed in Tinkercad or a similar design viewer. If you think it should be changed, let me know your preferences. Alternatively, suggest how I could alter the print settings so the blade can be strong yet maintain its current design characteristics.
