tf2 ifs

I wasn't planning on sharing this yet, but I figured maybe I could get a hand with the final touches. This is my custom front suspension system for the RC4WD TF2. It utilizes the stock TF2 front differential with shortened axle shafts. The subframe itself is very sturdy and didn't require any modifications. I designed it to incorporate a skid plate for added protection and strength. To complete this project, you'll need to purchase a few extra parts: * Traxxas 7034 front knuckle * Traxxas 7031 front arms * Traxxas 7032 rear arms * Traxxas 7051 complete CV axle (two are required) * Bearings for the knuckles I created my own hinge pins using piano wire with a 1/8-inch brass tube as a bushing. I only used the upper front and rear arms since I was building a class 0 truck, but it's possible to use the lowers for a wider stance, similar to a prerunner-style truck. The shocks are still the kit shocks with helper springs. The upper mount is in the stock position, but an extra hole needs to be drilled into the lower arm to serve as the lower shock mount. I'll upload more photos of the complete setup if needed. Feel free to ask questions. I'm currently at a point where I need help with fine-tuning the design stage – there's still some bump steer in the suspension, and I'm hoping someone can spot where I can improve it to eliminate the bump steer altogether.
