Warning! See instructions before printing. This replica is not 1:1 scaled due to size limitations of my Prusa I3 workspace, as the canon is larger than its operating area. If you prefer a 1:1 or nearly 1:1 print, I have uploaded the original files for your reference. The package includes: Autodesk 123d files and STL files, conveniently divided into cannon, barrel, and handle components. Before printing, take note of the following important steps to achieve a high-quality finish: To ensure a beautiful design on the side of the prop, we recommend sanding the surface first, then drawing your desired pattern, and finally carving it using a dremel or alternative tool. Please consult the accompanying photos for reference; however, I have not taken pride in the appearance due to previous modifications. The current model remains work-in-progress (WIP) as slicing issues persist within the STL files. In addition, incorporating a custom drawing will be challenging because it was intentionally omitted from the original model's geometry – an aesthetic feature that can be enhanced but requires specialized tools and expertise. To rectify this, simply remove the handle using a suitable cutting tool or precision instrument – please exercise caution during this step, as editing errors may still prevail. If you would like a model with accurate dimensions, edit away, but be extremely cautious of inconsistencies that might persist in future modifications.
