I designed and fabricated custom thumbsticks to replace my worn-out Xbox thumbsticks on my PS4 controller. I'm thrilled with how they feel - the grip is excellent and they're incredibly light due to their PLA construction. To achieve this, I printed them with a 100% infill density and a .1mm layer height, which necessitates the use of supports. Although I suspect they'll also work on Xbox One controllers, I don't have access to one for testing purposes; if you decide to print some for an Xbox, please let me know how they turn out!
