Human Resources Management System User Guide The Human Resources Management System is a web-based application that enables users to manage employee data, perform tasks such as time-off requests, and run reports on various HR metrics. The system provides an intuitive interface for users to navigate and access the features they need, with clear instructions and examples provided throughout. To get started, log in to your account by clicking on the "Login" button at the top right-hand corner of the screen. Enter your username and password, then click "Submit". Once you have logged in successfully, you will be taken to the system's main dashboard. From here, you can access various features such as employee profiles, time-off requests, and reports. To create a new employee profile, click on the "Employees" tab and select "Create New Employee". Fill out the required fields, including name, date of birth, and job title, then click "Submit". To request time off, navigate to the "Time Off" section and select the dates you wish to take off. Enter a reason for your absence in the comments field, then click "Request Time Off".
