Applying texture on a volume was the goal of this exercise. The initial shape was inspired by the columns of Buren in Paris, but I later altered the texture to give it a more vintage flair from the 1930s. Printing the piece proved to be challenging due to the intricate texture potentially trapping the nozzle head. Fortunately, perseverance paid off after two previous attempts, and the final result met my expectations.
